      003   品质经理Quality Manager   1

 

      Responsibilities工作职责

 

1.     Lead whole QA/QC team, manage the performance and improve the competency of whole Quality Team

  带领整个QA/ QC小组,管理和提高整体素质,团队能力

2.     Enhance current quality system with more complete documents/procedures, initiate and implement all necessary procedures to standardize all operating processes through whole operations

  加强当前文件和程序的质量体系,启动和实施所有必要的程序来规范整个操作的所有操作流程

3.     Lead the customer complaint handling process on behalf of Raypower, support Sales and Service departments for all quality related issues, ensure high level of customer satisfactions

4.     Ensure products produced by contract manufacturers fully meet company's expectations and requirements in quality, reliability and delivery

     Personal Qualifications任职要求

 

1.     Bachelor degree or above in engineering related area

 工程相关领域本科及以上学历

2.     6-year working experience in engineering or quality related functions in manufacturing operations, i.e. ME, IE, PE, QE or QA, at least 3-year solid experiences in quality management as manager or supervisor

  在生产经营PEQEQA 等工程或质量相关的领域具有6年的工作经验,至少3年质量经理或主管  管理经验

3.     Able to take action on data analysis instead of assumptions, can lead several projects and implement new processes or procedures in whole operations with strong execution

 能够采取行动,而不是假设的数据分析,有较强的执行能力能够领导几个项目和实施新的流程或 整个程序

4.     Experiences in ISO9001 and ISO14001 system is necessary

       004   质量工程师Quality Engineer   2

 

  Responsibilities工作职责

 

1.     Lead the workshop quality improvement towards quality target with function team.

与跨功能团队领导车间向质量目标改善

2.     Establish and maintain the quality plan and inspection instructions on the production line

建立并保持质量计划以及生产线的检查指导

3.     Organize the non-conformity review and handling, reporting.

组织不符合项目的审查,处理和报告

4.     Set up containment measures for urgent and unstable case

5.     Promote the quality sense and idea within the operation team

6.     Optimize the quality control at lean and statistical thinking.

      Responsibilities工作职责

 

 1.     Lead the new product development based on business needs. Understand key materials fundamentals, performance, compounding, formulation and design the product, process for LED phosphors.

2      Responsible for planning and implementing the projects within the budget and timeline. Train junior members

3.     Technical support. Provide substantial technical expertise to business (identify, analyse technical issues and eventually provide solutions).

006   区域销售经理Regional Sales Manager   若干

 

Responsibilities工作职责

 

1.     To increase sales of LED phosphors in China in line with Business Plan objectives.

  增加在中国的LED荧光粉及相关产品的业务计划及销售目标

2.     To identify the supply channels for these products, including distribution and "direct to end users" supply routes, and provide recommendations for the optimum channels to be used.

  确定包括分销及直销产品的渠道,并提供建立最佳渠道。

3.     To assist management in developing a sales forecast and marketing plan for our products based on information gathered in (2)

  通过第2条获取的信息协助管理发展我们的产品销售预测和营销计划 

4.     To assist management team in developing a market strategy, long term business growth plan and sales tactics.
